"What an amazing team! From the angels at the front desk (Rylee and Lorali) to the medical professionals who completely saved us last weekend, I never expected to get the 5-star treatment we received from MuraBella Animal Hospital. Friday evening, my baby became lethargic and wouldn't eat. I called Saturday morning to see if I could get an appointment. They were totally booked (they close early on Saturday) and said they could get me in on Monday. When I explained what was going on to Rylee, she stepped into action and took care of us. I dropped him off with this trusted team of professionals, and Dr. Jay diagnosed him, sedated him (after talking to me, of course), and did the necessary procedure to get him back on the road to recovery. They saved us hundreds of dollars by not turning us away to go to an emergency vet. Awesome Nurse Hannah explained everything to me, and sent us on our way. We threw a wrench into their day, but they were so kind and professional, they had the most positive, upbeat attitudes, and truly showed love to my little one.
